Warhammer 40K explained

Warhammer 40K is a game of military strategy, you use citadel miniatures to fight it out on any 4x6 surface. There are many races each with their own advantages and disadvantages. A turn goes like this, 1:Movement (infantry six inches) 2:Shooting (Range depends on weapon) 3:Assault (close combat). 4:Opponent repeats. Usually depending on the circumstance a turn can take from ten minutes to an hour. These are the basics of a warhammer 40K match, it only gets more complex from here.
