I like tetherball, but technically, it isn't really a sport.
tetherball is fun cuz you can hit other people with a relatively hard ball

Badminton is awesome. In someways it's harder than tennis. It requires upward strokes instead of more sideways aimed hits.

plus the thing that you swing with is longer, and you play with a birdie instead of a ball.

Yeah. I actually prefer Badminton over tennis now that I think about it...
Also, if you hit the birdy too early, you'll hit the white part and it will fall...
